We are currently seeking competent professionals for our Batching Plant operations and various construction project sites. Therefore, Qualified and interested candidates can apply on the following positions.

Batching Plant Positions (Summit Condominium 3rd Gate)

• Plant Manager (Qty 1): BSc Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering. At least 5/10 years of relevant experience in concrete batching plant operations, preferably in a supervisory/managerial role. Salary: With Negotiation.
• Batching Plant Operator (Qty 2): Technical certificate/diploma in plant operation, mechanical/electrical technology, or related field. At least 2/3 years of experience in operating concrete batching plants. Experience with computerized/PLC controlled batching systems is an advantage.
• Loader Operator (Qty 2): Valid heavy equipment/loader operator license or certification. At least 2/3 years of experience in operating wheel loaders, preferably in aggregate, concrete, or construction operations.
• Laboratory Technician/ QC Technician (Qty 2): Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Materials, Laboratory Technology. At least 2/5 years of experience in concrete and construction material testing. Knowledge of fresh concrete, aggregate, and compressive-strength testing.
• Mechanical Technician (Qty 2): Diploma/Certificate in Mechanical Engineering or Mechanical Technology. At least 3/5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance. Batching plant experience is preferred.
• Electrical Technician (Qty 2): Diploma/Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Industrial Electricity. At least 3/5 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance. Experience with PLCs, MCCs, motors, sensors, control panels, instrumentation, and batching automation is an advantage.

Project Site & Logistics Positions

• Project Manager (Qty 1): MSc/BSc Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Related field. At least 7/10 years of relevant work experience. 2 years experience in construction Project Manager is a must. Location: Bulbula Site.
• Office Engineer (Qty 2): BSc in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Structural Engineering. At least 5 years of experience in construction project in High rise building. 2 years experience in Office Engineer is a must. Location: Bulbula Site.
• General Foreman (Qty 2): BSc degree or diploma/Level IV in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology & Structural Engineering. Minimum of 7/10 years of relevant work experience in construction project in High-rise building. Location: Bulbula Site.
• Store (Qty 2): Diploma/certificate/ in Material management. Minimum of 2/4 years of relevant work experience in construction project. Location: Bulbula Site.
• Light truck driver (Qty 3): Grade 10th or 12th Completed; and holds a Cargo-2 driving license. Over 4 years of relevant work experience. Location: Addis Ababa & Addis Ababa Surroundings.
