Position: Property Management Officer
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields: Management Supplies Management Accounting Public Administration
Experience
Minimum 6–8 years of relevant experience in property management or store administration within a public enterprise. Training in Government Property Administration and Disposal Directives is highly desirable.
Required Knowledge and Skills
Strong knowledge of Federal Public Property Administration and Disposal Proclamation. Proficiency in asset management software or ERP inventory systems. Good understanding of inventory management principles, including FIFO/LIFO. Knowledge of inventory valuation methods. Ability to identify technical specifications of machinery, equipment, and office assets. Strong analytical, organizational, and documentation skills. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. High level of integrity and accountability.
