The Ethiopian Construction Works Corporation (ECWC) is a public enterprise established on 18 Dec. 2015 based on Council of Ministers Regulation No. 366/2015 with an authorized capital of Birr 20,313,608,143.90. Out of which Birr 15,598,806,251.43 paid up in cash and in-kind. Council of Ministers Regulation No. 390/2016 has amended the establishment of the corporation, on 28 Sep. 2016.

Position 1: Junior Hydraulic Engineer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Hydraulic Engineering With 0 years of work experience
Water infrastructure design and hydraulic systems

Position 2: Junior Electrical Enginneer

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Electrical Engineering With 0 years of work experience

  LV distribution, lighting,small power earthing , lighining protection and basic ELV systems. AutoCAD, Revit MEP

Position 3: Junior (Mechanical Design Engineer/

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Mechanical/Electromechanical Engineering Or Construction Management Technology (Mechanical /Electromechanical Engineering) With 0 years of work experience

• Inviting only graduates of the 2025 & 2026 Academic Years
  *CGPA is 3.0 and above for males and 2.8 and above for females
  BIM model development, model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination with architecture, structure, Sanitary and Electrical Disciplines.

Position 4: Junior (Design/BIM Structural Engineer/

Required Qualification and Experience
Education:BSc Degree in Civil Engineering Or Construction Management Technology ( Structural Engineer) With 0 years of work experience

• Inviting only graduates of the 2025 & 2026 Academic Years
  *CGPA is 3.0 and above for males and 2.8 and above for females
  Structural Design, analysis , design documentation and structural BIM modeling using relevant software

Position 5: Junior (Design/BIM Highway Engineer/

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc Degree in Civil Engineering Or Construction Management Technology (Highway/ Transportation Engineer) With 0 years of work experience

• Inviting only graduates of the 2025 & 2026 Academic Years
  *CGPA is 3.0 and above for males and 2.8 and above for females
  Strong Academic Performance and relevant Internship/Practicum Exposure to road design or BIM modeling and encouraged to apply, Software quality in Auto CAD requierd; work knowledge of civil 3D and Infra Works Preferred.

Position 6: Hydrogeologist

Required Qualification and Experience
Education: BSc/MSC Degree in Geologist or related field With 2/0 years of work experience
Ground water investigation & well development system

Position 7: Architectural Engineer (Design & BIM(QC) )

Required Qualification and Experience

• BSc/MSC Degree in Architecture With 2/0 years of work experience
• Experience: Proven expertise in architectural QA/QC, BIM coordination, design review, and design management.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, working knowledge of Navisworks, and comprehensive understanding of ISO 9001/19650 standards, BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Detail/Information (LoD/LOIN), Common Data Environments (CDE), BIM auditing, and QA/QC procedures.
• Qualifications: ISO 9001 and/or BIM certification is considered an advantage

Position 8: CAD Technician III/Draft Person

Required Qualification and Experience

Diploma or Level 4/3/2/1 in Drafting, Cad Technology With 3/4/6/8 years of work experience

• Experience In developing structural building & maintain Structural BIM models & producing high quality 2D drawings, schedules & quantity outputs from BIM models.
• Experience in CAD drafting for highway/road Proficent in Autocad civil 3D.
• Experience in preparing plan, profile,& cross section drawings for road alignments, knowledge of geometric design.

Position 9: Mechanical Design Engineer/Modeler

Required Qualification and Experience

BSc/MSc Degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical Engineering With 2/0 years of work experience

• Basic Knowledge of BIM model development, model federation, clash detection, and multidisciplinary coordination.
