The Ethiopian Civil Aviation Authority (ECAA) Employees’ Cooperative Consumer Society plays a pivotal and essential role in supporting the daily lives, welfare, and operational convenience of aviation professionals and administrative staff working within the national aviation sector. 1. Administrative, Finance & Procurement Roles

• Senior Procurement/Purchasing Expert [1 Position]: Requires a BA Degree in Purchasing & Supplies Management or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience; OR a Level IV/Diploma with 3 years of experience; OR a College Diploma with 4 years of experience.
• Accountant / Finance Officer [3 Positions]: Requires a BA Degree in Accounting or a related field with 0 years (fresh graduate) experience; OR a Level IV/Diploma in a related field with 1 year of experience; OR a College Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Consumer Shop Salesperson [1 Position]: Requires a BA Degree in Accounting, Sales, or a related field with 0 years experience; OR a Level IV/Diploma with 1 year of experience; OR a College Diploma with 2 years of experience; OR completion of 10th/12th grade with 4 years of related sales experience.
• Store Keeper [1 Position]: Requires a Level IV/Diploma in Purchasing & Supplies Management or a related field with 0 years of experience; OR a College Diploma with 1 year of relevant experience in inventory or store management.

2. Culinary, Hospitality & Cafeteria Management Roles

• Main Restaurant/Cafeteria Manager [1 Position]: Requires a Degree in Food Preparation, Food Quality Control, or a related field with 3 years of experience; OR a Level IV/Diploma with 5 years of experience; OR a College Diploma with 6 years of experience in hospitality management.
• Head Cook / Main Kitchen Staff [3 Positions]: Requires a Diploma in Food Preparation with 4 years of culinary experience; OR completion of 10th grade with 6 years of experience; OR completion of 8th grade with 8 years of extensive kitchen experience.
• Waiter / Waitress for Main Cafe [4 Positions]: Requires the successful completion of 7th grade. Zero (0) years of prior work experience is required, making this ideal for highly motivated entry-level hospitality candidates.
• Waiter / Waitress for Lower Cafe [1 Position]: Requires the successful completion of 7th grade with 0 years of prior work experience.
• Assistant Coffee Maker [1 Position]: Requires completion of 10th grade with 0 years of experience; OR completion of 9th grade with 1 year of experience; OR completion of 8th grade with 2 years of coffee preparation experience.

3. General Support & Sanitation Roles

• Kitchen Dishwasher (Grade 1) [3 Positions]: Requires the successful completion of 8th grade. Zero (0) years of work experience required. Candidates must maintain strict hygiene standards.
• Cafeteria Dishwasher (Grade 1) [2 Positions]: Requires the successful completion of 6th grade with 0 years of work experience required. Focuses on maintaining cleanliness in the cafeteria dining area.
