Education:
B.Ed., B.A., B.Sc., M.Sc., or M.A. in any field of study; or Preferably a Certificate or Diploma in KG Teaching
Experience: 1+ years

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans. Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment. Monitor and assess students’ progress. Facilitate group activities that develop teamwork, communication, and social skills. Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and concerns. Collaborate with teachers and school staff. Participate in school events and extracurricular activities. Maintain student records and documentation. Adapt teaching methods to different learning needs. Develop and implement age-appropriate English lesson plans. Teach grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, writing, and oral communication. Use interactive teaching methods, storytelling, and creative activities. Maintain a positive and structured classroom environment. Assess student performance through assignments, quizzes, and examinations. Provide feedback to students and parents. Identify learning gaps and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Encourage reading and writing. Support students’ social and emotional development. Work with teachers and school staff to support student learning. Communicate with parents regarding students’ progress and behavior. Participate in staff meetings, training, and school events. Administrative positions require a minimum of 4 years of experience . Preference is given to young and energetic candidates.
