Ethio Cement PLC invites interested and qualified candidates for the following positions.
Ethio Cement PLC is a joint venture between Ethiopian prominent entrepreneur Mr. Endale Yirga and Mr. Motaparti Siva Ramavara Prasad a successful businessman who is the main promoter of a huge company by the name WACEM , in West Africa.
Position: Purchaser
Minimum Requirements
- This position highly requires integrity and a motivated individual with knowledge of market situations, well organized, and experiences working in factory or business entities.
Education and Experience:
- BA or diploma in auto-mechanics, purchasing/procurement or business management with at least 1 year relevant work experiences.
Under the general supervision of Procurement and Logistics Department Manager, Purchaser officer Purchases materials, supplies and spare parts from the local market on the basis of approved purchase orders. She/he purchases all commodities from local market on a timely basis with a view to maintain a minimum order quantity. She/he follows up timely and proper delivery of materials for factory requirements and maintenance work with local workshop or garages.
