Educational Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Work Experience:

2–4 years of experience in ERP implementation and/or support.
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
Experience working with in-house or custom-built systems. Basic understanding of Odoo development, including Python and XML. Experience in business analysis or process improvement. Familiarity with Agile or iterative development environments. Experience providing internal ERP user support rather than client-facing support. Hands-on experience with Odoo, either functional or techno-functional. Good understanding of internal business processes, including Finance, Inventory, Human Resources, and Procurement. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Good communication skills and the ability to support non-technical users. Basic knowledge of SQL and reporting tools.
