1. Engineering & Project Management

• Job Title: Office Engineer [2 Positions Available]
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess a Bachelor of Science (BSc) Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Technology and Management (COTM), or a directly related engineering discipline from a recognized and accredited university.
• Work Experience: A minimum of three (3) years and above of proven, practical work experience specifically functioning as an Office Engineer within the construction sector. Experience should ideally encompass project scheduling, quantity surveying, payment certificate preparation, and structural blueprint analysis.
• Duty Station: Addis Ababa (Head Office).
• Salary: Negotiable based on the candidate’s experience and technical proficiency.

2. Logistics, Transport & Machinery Operations

• Job Title: Heavy Duty Vehicle Driver [3 Positions Available]
• Licensing Requirement: Candidates must hold a valid 4th Grade or Level 2 commercial driving license officially issued by the relevant Ethiopian transport authorities.
• Work Experience: A minimum of two (2) years and above of active, verifiable experience driving heavy-duty construction vehicles, dump trucks, or similar large-scale transport machinery, preferably in a rugged project site environment.
• Duty Station: Assigned Project Sites (Dynamic field deployment based on current construction phases).
• Salary: Negotiable, with potential project allowances.
