Catholic Caritas Ethiopia (CCE), was founded in 1965 as a leading NGO dedicated to improving Ethiopians’ well-being through social justice, sustainable development, and humanitarian support. Guided by the Catholic Church’s social doctrine, its mission also promotes peaceful coexistence, social cohesion, and dialogue, complementing its social development efforts.

To enhance this mission, CCE intends to procure and implement an integrated Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central ERP solution to replace fragmented manual, spreadsheet-based and departmental systems and to establish a reliable, secure and integrated platform for financial and operational management.

We hereby invite competent Tech firms with proven expertise and experience in similar evaluations to submit their applications.

The selected implementation partner shall provide the complete life-cycle: licensing/subscription support, discovery, business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, solution design, configuration, justified extensions/customization, integrations, data migration, testing, training, change management, deployment, hyper-care and at least twelve months of structured post-go-live support.

The tender will be conducted using CCE’s and its donors’ standard bidding procedures and is open to all interested suppliers.

Mandatory Requirements:

All quotations must be accompanied by the following documents:

• Certificate of Incorporation/Registration
• Valid renewed trade license for Ethiopian FY 2019
• Valid Tax Registration or Latest Tax Clearance Certificate
• Updated Company Profile
• Reference/Recommendation from clients for the past three years
• A company that has no any safeguarding violation record

The quotation must be submitted on the official letterhead of the supplier and should include:

• Company name and registration details
• Full physical address
• Contact person’s name, email, and phone number
• A cover letter, resumes/CVs with references, highlighting the producer’s relevant experience, qualifications, and previous work.

Additional Notes:

• CCE reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation.
• Please specify the name and official account number of the company.
• All quotations/offers and payments should be in Ethiopian Birr (ETB).
