Job Summary
The Junior Customer Service Specialist (IFB) is responsible for handling cash-related activities, processing payment instruments, managing domestic transfer transactions, and supporting branch customer service operations in accordance with the bank's procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and deliver physical cash to and from the Cash Administrator. Collect and verify original payment instruments against system records. Issue and sign payment instruments. Verify and validate incoming DRS transfers. Initiate outgoing DRS transfers. Exchange cash denominations and record the related transactions. Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualification and Experience Requirements
Educational Requirements
Applicants must hold a BA degree in one of the following fields or a related discipline:
Accounting Banking and Insurance Banking and Finance Management Business Administration Sales Marketing Economics
Minimum cumulative GPA:
Male applicants: 3.00 Female applicants: 2.75
