Job Responsibilities
The Junior Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for:
Receiving and delivering physical cash from and to the Cash Administrator. Collecting and validating original payment instruments against the system. Issuing and signing payment instruments. Verifying and validating DRS incoming transfers. Initiating DRS outgoing transfers. Exchanging cash denominations and posting the related transactions. Performing other duties assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications and Requirements
Applicants should have:
A BA degree in one of the following fields: Accounting Banking & Insurance Banking & Finance Management Business Administration Sales Marketing Economics Or a related field Minimum cumulative GPA: 3.00 for male applicants 2.75 for female applicants No prior work experience is required. Exit Exam is mandatory. Applicants should be 30 years old or below , according to the vacancy announcement. Women applicants are highly encouraged to apply.
