Position 1: Junior Customer Service Specialist  

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- Degree in Accounting, Banking and Insurance, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field.

- Minimum GPA: 3.00 for male applicants and 2.75 for female applicants.

- Age: 30 years or younger.

Position 2: Associate General Maintenance Technician II  

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- Diploma or Degree (Level IV) in General Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Office Equipment Maintenance, or a related field.

- Mandatory COC certification for Level IV graduates.

- Experience: 1-3 years in relevant field.

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Specialist (IFB)  

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- Degree in Accounting and Finance, Banking and Finance, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or a related field.

- Experience: 1.5 years in banking operations, with at least 6 months in a Customer Service Specialist (CSS) role.

Position 4: Branch Auditor  

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- Degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Management, or related field.

- Experience: 3.5 years in internal or external auditing, preferably in the banking sector.

Position 5: Branch Manager Grade C (IFB)  

Qualifications and Requirements:  
- MA/MBA in Banking and Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field; alternatively, a BA in these fields.

- Experience:  
  - MA/MBA holders: 6.5 years for males and 5.5 years for females.

  - BA holders: 8.5 years for males and 7.5 years for females.

- Additionally, 2 years as Customer Services Manager Grade B or 3 years as Branch Accounts Administrator Grade A.
