Enat’s International Banking offers a suite of services for individuals and business, providing conventional commercial banking services, and with special emphasis on the banking needs of women.

Position 1: Datacenter Attendant

Required Qualification: Diploma in Electronics or Electricity.

Experience: No prior experience required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the availability of the data center on a 24/7 basis, including holidays and other vacation coverage.
• Ensure communication equipment is working properly.
• Monitor power systems, including Uninterruptible Power Systems (UPS).
• Ensure backup generators are functioning properly and that adequate fuel is available.
• Ensure the proper shutdown of servers and communication equipment, with supervisor approval, in the event of malfunctions involving air conditioning, power systems, or backup generators.
• Safely shut down systems during emergencies when necessary.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Position 2: Administrative Assistant

Required Qualification: Diploma (10+3)/Level III and above in Secretarial Science and Office Management or other related fields.

Experience: 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Transcribe letters, memos, minutes, and other correspondence.
• Receive, attach, and file correspondence and documents appropriately.
• Maintain files and records systematically.
• Search for, retrieve, and submit records and correspondence from files.
• Receive and respond to telephone calls and messages.
• Refer important matters requiring supervisors’ attention and follow up as necessary.
• Arrange and assemble records and documents as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Position 3: Branch Auditor

Required Qualification: BA degree in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Business Administration, Management, or another related field.

Experience: 3.5 years of experience in internal or external auditing, preferably in the banking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake audit examinations.
• Review transactions and the proper functioning of internal control procedures throughout the branch.
• Conduct special investigations when needed.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
