Position 1: Junior Datacenter Attendant  

Essential Functions:  
- Monitor the performance of data center and disaster recovery (DR) hardware and facility systems against set technical standards and provide regular reports.

- Assist with basic or routine installation, decommissioning, upgrades, and replacements of data center and DR systems.

- Install and label data center and DR cables as per the prepared design.

- Report any security incidents to the manager of the Datacenter and Auxiliary System Management Division.

Carry out other duties as required.

Job Requirements:  
- Education: Graduates from 2024 and 2025 with a BSc in computer science, electrical engineering, or related fields, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00.

- Work Experience: No prior experience is required.

- Age: Must be under or equal to 30 years.
The exit exam is mandatory.
- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Junior Attorney  

Essential Functions:  
- Provide legal advice to departments and branches by reviewing court orders, legal instruments, and other legal documents.

- Prepare statements of claim and defense, declarations for affidavits, and memoranda of appeal.

- Prepare legal notices to be served to defaulters.

- Serve court summonses and foreclosure notices to defaulters.

- Represent the bank in legal cases, hearings, and investigations before courts and judicial bodies.

Request and obtain up-to-date account statements of defaulting borrowers from branches.

Job Requirements:  
- Education: Graduates from 2024 and 2025 with an LLB in law.

- Work Experience: No prior experience is required.

- Age: Must be under or equal to 30 years.

- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Place of Work: Addis Ababa.

Position 3: Senior Attorney  

Essential Functions:  
- Prepare statements of claim and defense, declarations for affidavits, and memoranda of appeal, and report court proceedings as required.

- Attend court cases on behalf of the bank and ensure summonses are served to defendants.

- Initiate and follow up on the execution of judgments in favor of the bank.

- Review files of defaulting borrowers, request and obtain updated account statements, and document findings.

- Prepare legal notices to borrowers, mortgagors, and pledgers and follow up on service.

Perform other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:  
- Education: Law or any related field.

- Work Experience: At least 5.5 years of experience in legal functions, preferably in the banking industry.

- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Position 4: Associate Loan Officer II  

Essential Functions:  
- Assist in collecting and verifying documents for loan applications, including income statements, identification, and credit history.

- Communicate with customers to inform them of required documentation and loan processing steps.

- Conduct initial reviews of loan applications to ensure completeness and compliance with bank policies.

- Provide support to customers by answering basic questions about loan products and the application process.

- Ensure all loan-related documents are complete and stored securely.

- Support the team in tracking loan application statuses and processing timelines.

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to help ensure the efficiency of the loan processing team.

Job Requirements:  
- Education: BA in Economics, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations, with at least 2 years as an Associate Loan Officer I.

- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Position 5: Treasury Officer  

Essential Functions:  
- Receive and verify documents and supporting evidence for treasury transactions before processing.

- Process Treasury bills, government bonds, and other investment transactions as per approved procedures.

- Perform or monitor daily reconciliation of treasury accounts, ESX settlement, and treasury investments.

- Investigate and resolve outstanding items and reconcile differences promptly.

- Analyze and record price trends, interest rates, and investment opportunities.

- Prepare allocation and impact reports for thematic bond issuances.

- Prepare daily liquidity position reports and other required reports.

- Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet operational and regulatory needs.

- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.

- Coordinate with commercial banks, NBE, ESX, and other relevant stakeholders.

- Maintain proper records and documentation of treasury transactions, data, documents, and settlements.

- Provide explanations of reports to users as necessary.

Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Job Requirements:  
- Education: BA/MBA/MA in Accounting, & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.

- Work Experience: 3.5 years of experience in relevant fields, preferably in the banking industry.

- Salary: As per the Bank’s salary scale.

Position 6: Manager, Capital Market and Investor Relations Division  

Essential Functions:  
- Develop and implement the Bank’s capital market strategy aligned with corporate objectives.

- Identify funding opportunities through debt and equity markets.

- Prepare prospectus and other documents for bond and capital issuance.

- Lead the structuring and execution of bond issuance programs, including thematic bonds such as Gender Bonds.

- Monitor market trends, yield movements, and investor sentiment to support strategic decisions.

- Recommend new capital market instruments to diversify funding sources.

- Conduct ALM assessments (tenor/coupon vs.
portfolio cash flows).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, regulators, and development finance institutions.

- Serve as the primary contact for investor communications and inquiries.

- Organize investor meetings, roadshows, presentations, and market briefings.

- Prepare investor communication materials and investment presentations.

Coordinate the structuring and implementation of relevant initiatives
