Role description

Position 1: Primary School Main Teachers
Subjects: HPE, English, Amharic, PVA, Afaan Oromo, and Self-Contained
Qualification: B.Ed., M.Sc., or M.A. degree relevant to the subject taught.
Experience: Mid- to senior-level teaching experience.
Skills and Requirements:
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching pedagogy.
- Ability to implement student-centered learning.
Place of Work: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, and Haya Hulet branches.
Position 2: KG Main Teachers and Assistant Teachers
Qualification: Diploma or Degree.
Place of Work: Addisu Gebeya, Winget, Gerji, and Haya Hulet branches.
Position 3: Babysitters
Qualification: 12th-grade diploma or a bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related field.
Experience: Experience in primary education, early childhood education, or classroom support is preferred.
Skills and Requirements:
- Instructional support.
- Patience and good communication skills.
- Ability to assist with classroom management.

Contract and Payroll: Contracts, payroll, disciplinary matters, and leave policies follow Ethiopian Labour Proclamation No. 1156/2019.
