Position 1: Assistant Teachers

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE), or a related academic field.
  • Experience: Prior experience supporting primary, early childhood, or general classroom environments is preferred.
  • Skills & Expertise: Strong instructional support capabilities, patience, effective communication, and classroom management assistance skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Skills & Expertise: Strong communication skills, modern pedagogical expertise, and a commitment to student-centered learning methodologies.

Position 3: Accountant

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (B.A. or B.Sc.) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 2 years and above of relevant experience in accounting and financial management.
  • Skills & Technical Competency: Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and sound knowledge of Ethiopian financial regulations and reporting principles.

Position 4: Head of Finance

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree (MBA, MSc in Finance) or professional accounting certification such as CPA or ACCA is strongly preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum 7–10 years of progressive financial and accounting experience.
  • At least 3–5 years in a senior management role such as Head of Finance, Finance Manager, or Chief Accountant.
  • Experience working in a K–12 school, college, or private educational setting is a distinct advantage.
