Job Summery
The Sales Supervisor will lead and oversee daily sales operations, support and coach the sales team, and ensure sales targets are achieved while maintaining strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
:
• Supervise and support sales representatives in daily activities
• Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and conversion rates
• Coordinate quotations, proposals, and contract documentation
• Conduct customer meetings and project follow-ups
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, consultants, developers, and clients
• Handle customer concerns and support project coordination
• Prepare reports and assist in implementing sales strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in elevator sales or related industry
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is an advantage
• Strong communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• Good computer skills (MS Office and CRM knowledge is a plus)
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
