E-Ethio Credit System PLC is seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Junior Logistics & Import/Export Officer to support the company’s logistics, import/export operations, banking coordination, and administrative functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination with external stakeholders, government institutions, logistics service providers, and financial institutions while maintaining efficient internal administrative processes.

Position: Junior Logistics & Import/Export Officer

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, Procurement and Supply Management, Business Management, International Trade, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in an import and export company.
• Practical experience handling import/export documentation, shipment coordination, customs processes, and logistics operations.
• Familiarity with Letters of Credit (L/C), trade finance procedures, and bank-related import/export transactions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent organizational and document management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
