Lead, train, and monitor janitorial and operational staff. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction. Prepare work schedules and allocate staff efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality, safety, and company standards are maintained. Resolve customer complaints and operational issues promptly. About You Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field . 5–8 years of relevant experience in cleaning services, facility management, or other service-related operations. Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities. Good computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality services.
