Position 1: Teaching Assistants (KG to Grade 8, Across Two Campuses)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, or related fields.
- Strong communication skills in English and Amharic.
- Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting (preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain professionalism.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email communication).

Position 2: Kindergarten Coordinator
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten/EYFS or early childhood settings.
- Familiarity with the British Curriculum (Pearson Edexcel) and EYFS framework is highly desirable.
- Proven leadership or coordination experience within an educational context.

- Bachelor’s degree in Education, BSC+PGDT or related fields,
- Teaching certification or diploma recognized by relevant educational authorities.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience in the subject area, preferably within an international or British curriculum setting.
- Strong understanding of Pearson Edexcel curriculum requirements and assessment standards.

- Minimum 3 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably with pediatric or school health focus.
- Knowledge of basic first aid, emergency care, and health screening procedures.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff.
- Compassionate, patient, and able to handle sensitive health situations with discretion.
- Familiarity with international school health standards and protocols.

Position 5: General Manager – Operations, Administration & Compliance (KG to Grade 8, Across Two Campuses)
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Educational Leadership, Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in senior operational, administrative, or general management roles — preferably in an educational or service – oriented organization.
- Proven track record in budgeting, HR management, facilities oversight, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor, finance, and education – related laws.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in financial management software and MS Office Suite.
Preferred Attributes
- Experience in managing multi – campus operations.
- Prior work in an international school or cross – cultural environment.
- Strategic thinker with strong problem – solving abilities.
- Fluency in English and Amharic; additional languages an asset.
