Position 1 – Junior Assembly Technician

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or closely related fields, or TVET graduate in a relevant field.
• Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience working in a factory setting with similar products (E2W, E3W, etc.).
• Sound knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment.
• Preferably proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask.
• Outstanding time management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Motor Assembly

Position 2 – Junior Customer Experience Officer

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field.
• Experience: 1–2 years of experience in a customer support, call centre, or front-facing service role.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems.
• Comfortable handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards.
• Positive attitude and a strong sense of accountability.

Position 3 – Battery Site Acquisition Supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years of experience in site acquisition, logistics management, operations, project management, or infrastructure deployment.
• Experience managing teams or coordinating field staff.
• Physically fit and able to travel extensively across the city for field assessment and site visits.
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple site projects simultaneously.

Position 4 – Battery Hardware Team Lead/Engineer

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years of experience in Mechanical Engineering, battery systems, or a related field.
• Strong electrical fundamentals, including HV architecture and contactors.
• Proficient in testing instruments such as IR meters, multimeters, and DAQ equipment.
• Knowledge of safety standards and certification test methods.
• Strong documentation and reporting capabilities.

Position 5 – Warehouse Supervisor

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in warehouse operations and team leadership, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong understanding of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control procedures.
• Proficiency in manufacturing-focused ERP systems such as SAP, Cin7, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
• Good skills in MS Office and reporting.

Position 6 – Senior Accountant

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 5–8 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Audit and compliance management.
• Knowledge of Ethiopian tax regulations.

Position 7 – Customer Experience (CX) Manager

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in customer experience, after-sales, or service operations, ideally within the automotive, mobility, or telecom sectors.
• Proven leadership experience managing customer-facing teams, including call centre, CRM, or after-sales teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and process-improvement skills.
• Fluency in English and Amharic.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools such as Zoho, Trello, Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.
• Passion for operational excellence and delivering exceptional customer satisfaction.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Position 8 – Accounting/Finance Manager

Required Qualification and Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: 7–9 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• At least 3 years of managerial experience.
• Good management skills.
• Experience leading or supervising external, internal, and tax audits.
• Well-versed in Ethiopian tax regulations.
• Go-getter attitude with agility to handle unexpected situations.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Auditing skills.
