1. Jr. Customer Experience Officer
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business, Customer Service Management, or a related field. 1–2 years of experience in customer support, call center, or front-facing service roles. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to use phones, chat platforms, and customer support systems. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Basic data entry and reporting skills using Google Sheets or CRM dashboards. Positive attitude and strong accountability. Customer-oriented service mindset. Communication and negotiation skills.

2. Junior Battery Swapper
Qualification & Requirements:
Degree with relevant knowledge or training in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Open to 2025/2026 graduates . Ability to use mobile applications confidently and accurately. Must have an Android smartphone. Working time is eight hours per day within the 6:00 AM–10:00 PM time window. Good time management and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work independently and efficiently. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and customer-centric approach. Ability to lift and carry batteries weighing up to 32 kg . Qualification & Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Fresh graduates are eligible to apply. Up to 6 months of experience in cashiering, accounting, or financial operations is an advantage. Aptitude for mathematics and proficiency with computers. 4. Assembly Technician
Qualification & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a closely related field, or a TVET qualification in a relevant field. For TVET graduates: minimum 2 years of experience . For university graduates: minimum 1 year of experience working in a factory setting with similar products such as E2W or E3W is preferable. Knowledge of industry-specific factory equipment. Basic computer skills, including Google Workspace, are an advantage. Ability to multitask. Strong time management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
