Digaf Micro Credit Provider invites qualified applicants for the following job position. Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech-based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS).

The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals. institute aims to provide financial relief to middle to lower-income individuals through the application of technology in the financial sector.

Position 1: Junior Legal Officer

Requirements:

• LLB Degree in Law
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian laws and court procedures
• Good communication and drafting skills

Location: Hawassa & Addis Ababa/ Shager City

Position 2: HR Officer

Requirements:

• The Junior HR role at Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SC is a full-time position based in the office, designed to support the Human Resource and Recruitment functions.
• This entry-level position focuses on enhancing recruitment processes, managing performance systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies.
• The Junior HR will play a vital role in fostering a positive workplace culture through effective people management and ethical practices.
• The successful candidate will also assist in HR analytics and documentation control to facilitate informed decision-making.

Position 3: Senior HR Officer

Requirements:

• The Senior HR role at Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SC is a full-time position based in the office, responsible for leading and overseeing the Human Resource and Recruitment functions.
• This senior-level position focuses on strengthening recruitment processes, implementing and monitoring performance management systems, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and applicable regulations.
• The Senior HR will play a key role in fostering a positive and high-performing workplace culture through effective people management, employee engagement, and ethical HR practices. The successful candidate will also lead HR analytics, documentation management, and workforce planning to provide strategic insights and support informed decision-making by management.

Position 4: Senior Information Security Officer

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in information security, cybersecurity, IT audit, network security, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles, risk management, and cybersecurity practices.
• Practical knowledge of network, endpoint, application, and data security.
• Experience with security monitoring and incident response.
• Knowledge of vulnerability assessment and security testing tools.
• Good understanding of access management, authentication, encryption, backup, and disaster recovery.
• Knowledge of information security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or CIS Controls is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, Security+, CEH, ISO 27001 or equivalent are an advantage.

Position 5: Senior IT Support & Service Desk Officer

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT support, service desk, technical support, or system administration.
• Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, hardware, software, and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and basic network troubleshooting.
• Experience in user account and access management.
• Knowledge of IT asset management and IT service management principles.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles is an advantage.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft certifications, or equivalent are an advantage.
