Requirements
Education: Matric Experience: 1–3 years of experience in the forwarding/clearing industry Fluent in Mandarin Chinese Excellent command of English, both written and verbal Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Good telephone communication skills and ability to handle client complaints Ability to build effective, long-term client relationships Good organizational and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and use initiative High attention to detail

2. OFR Team Leader
Requirements
Education: Degree in Logistics or equivalent Experience: 5 years of relevant industry experience In-depth knowledge of freight forwarding Sound knowledge of ocean freight and customs Experience with CargoWise Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Business process and project management skills Planning and organizational skills Good interpersonal and presentation skills Excellent command of English, both written and verbal High attention to detail
