Job Description
The Customer Care / Receptionist will support customers and visitors while providing professional reception and customer service. The position requires good communication skills, attention to detail, computer literacy, and the ability to travel around the Summit and Ayat areas as required.
Requirements and Qualifications
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
Grade 10 or higher educational qualification. At least 1 year of work experience in the same sector. Ability to use a computer. Knowledge of MS Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS-DOS . Ability to speak Afaan Oromo and Amharic . Willingness and ability to travel around the Summit and Ayat areas . Strong communication skills. Good time-management skills. Attention to detail.
