The organization seeks competent individuals to facilitate its electric vehicle sales initiatives, cultivate and expand customer partnerships, enhance digital marketing endeavors, and maintain rigorous  financial oversight.

The company specializes in importing duty-free vehicles for eligible clientele, including diplomatic personnel, embassy representatives, African Union and United Nations organizations and their personnel, tourism operators, and entities engaged in manufacturing and agricultural ventures. All vehicles are delivered in fully-registered condition with comprehensive documentation and regulatory compliance. Delivery services are provided to clients at their designated locations.

Position 1: Sales and Marketing Officer

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or marketing.
• Experience in automotive, electric vehicle (EV), or technology sales is an advantage.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets.

Required Skills

• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of the Addis Ababa automotive market.
• Experience in social media marketing and lead generation.
• Good communication skills in English and Amharic.
• Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Addis Ababa.
• Presentation, creative thinking, and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electric vehicles to individuals, companies, and fleet customers.
• Identify potential customers through referrals, calls, field visits, and other sales channels.
• Use Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and LinkedIn to generate sales leads.
• Create promotional content, including photos, videos, and customer stories.
• Explain EV benefits, including fuel savings, charging, and maintenance costs.
• Arrange test drives, conduct product demonstrations, and follow up with customers.
• Maintain customer records, prepare sales reports, and support marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Duty Station: Addis Ababa.

Position 2: Senior Accountant

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting,  Finance, or a related field.
• An advanced degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is an advantage.

Work Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Senior Accountant.
• Experience in a supervisory or managerial accounting role.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.
• Experience using Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP accounting systems.
• Strong financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Team leadership, adaptability, and risk management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and cash flow reports.
• Supervise junior accounting staff and review financial transactions.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve financial discrepancies.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Develop and improve accounting policies and financial procedures.
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to senior management.
