• Bachelors degree
• Previous work experience as a real estate Sales Person
• Presentable and well spoken

• Listen actively to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions
• Follow up with clients promptly to share product updates
• Close sales effectively by guiding clients through the buying process
• Keep detailed records of client interactions, feedback, and sales activities. Provide regular reports as per the company’s reporting procedures
• Actively use social media and digital marketing to connect with clients. Regularly post content on TikTok and other approved social media platforms
• Stay updated on product knowledge, sales, and marketing trends to remain competitive.
• Ensure all marketing materials follow the company’s brand guidelines
• Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Collaborate in promoting the company’s products and strengthening the brand
