Position 1: Trainee Operator

Qualification: BSc Degree / Level 5 in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Metal Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Electrical Technology, Machining, Manufacturing Technology, General Mechanics, or related fields.

CGPA: 3.00 and above

Year of Graduation: 2017 & 2018 E.C.

Experience: No prior experience required; trainee position.

Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude; knowledge of thermodynamics, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, conventional machines such as lathes and milling machines, or CNC machines.

Physical Requirements: Ability to work on your feet for extended hours, tolerate high-temperature environments, and lift heavy metal tools.

Position 2: Operator – Batch Plant

Qualification: BSc Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering or related fields.

Training: Training in batching operation, material mixing protocols, and safety compliance for handling hazardous materials.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing and furnace operations.

Skills:

• Proficiency in batch plant equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards.
• Ability to analyze material composition to ensure correct mixing ratios.
• Problem-solving skills to identify and correct mechanical failures in batch processing.

Position 3: Setup & Maintenance Mechanical II – Inspection Machine

Qualification: BSc Degree or TVET Level Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

Additional Training:

• Inspection machinery setup and calibration
• Industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and sensors
• Safety and compliance for glass factory operations

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance of automated inspection machines, troubleshooting, and machinery calibration on production lines. Direct experience with glass production processes and quality control systems is required.

Technical Knowledge & Competencies:

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting capabilities for automated inspection machinery.
• Proficiency in using precision calibration instruments such as micrometers, dial gauges, and alignment tools.
• Sound understanding of industrial automation systems, including PLCs, SCADA, optical sensors, and control systems.
• Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and factory compliance protocols.
• Practical problem-solving skills focused on root-cause diagnosis of machine-driven defects.
• Ability to deliver quality work under pressure in a fast-paced production environment.

Position 4: Shift Supervisor – Batch and Furnace

Qualification: BSc Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Materials Science, or related fields.

Training: Training in furnace operation, thermal management, and batch processing protocols for glass production.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in glass manufacturing.

Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of glass manufacturing processes and furnace operations.
• Proficiency in quality control methods and production documentation.
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for effective team management.
