Open Positions  

Position 1: Customer Service Officer I  

Qualification:  
• TVET IV or a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, or a related field  

Experience:  
• TVET IV: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in microfinance  
• Bachelor’s Degree: No prior experience is required  
• Skills in community mobilization, loan disbursement, repayment follow-up, savings mobilization, and loan portfolio management  

Location: Adama  

Position 2: Teller I  

Qualification:  
• TVET IV or a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Business Management, or a related field  

Experience:  
• TVET IV: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in cash handling, reconciliations, and record keeping in financial institutions  
• Bachelor’s Degree: No prior experience is required  

Location: Adama  

Position 3: Accountant I  

Qualification:  
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accounting & Finance, or Business Management  

Experience:  
• Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting and financial management  
• Prior experience as a cashier at the branch level is preferred  

Location: Adama  

Position 4: Branch Manager I  

Qualification:  
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or a related field  

Experience:  
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Customer Service Officer or in an equivalent supervisory role  
• Strong background in loan management, portfolio monitoring, and customer service delivery
