1. Economic Recovery Specialist – Financial Inclusion & Market System Development
- Duty Station: Addis Ababa | Band: G2 | Contract Length: 12 Months.

- Core Responsibilities: As the senior technical lead for local economic pathways under the Mixed Migration Programme, the Specialist designs and quality assures market-oriented, protection-sensitive, and climate-resilient economic pathways. This includes developing paid apprenticeship models, managing strategic partnerships with banks and TVETs, and overseeing GreenHub incubation models.
2. Engagement Coordinator (INGO Group Secretariat)

The Coordinator serves as the principal link between regional structures and the national Secretariat, facilitating the Humanitarian Leads Working Group, engaging with regional authorities, and producing analytical briefing notes to navigate complex operational challenges and access constraints.
3. Community Mobilizer (Jigjiga & Dire Dawa)
- Duty Station: Jigjiga & Dire Dawa | Band: J | Contract Length: 12 Months.

- Professional Experience: One year of experience working with vulnerable communities, including basic needs and distribution programming experience, local authority capacity building, and/or advocacy programmes. Experience working with migrants, returnees, and IDPs is highly desirable.
- Core Responsibilities: The Mobilizer supports the mixed migration project by conducting regular outreach sessions along migration routes. Responsibilities include disseminating information on legal rights and safe migration pathways, identifying protection risks, facilitating referrals for case management, and establishing Community-Based Protection Networks (CBPNs).
