Key Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts and agreements
Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations in Ethiopia
Managing legal risks and advising management
Handling corporate governance matters
Liaising with external law firms and government authorities
Supporting HR with labour law matters
Managing disputes, claims, and litigation
Reviewing procurement and vendor agreements
Skills
Strong contract drafting and negotiation
Knowledge of Ethiopian legal and regulatory environment
High integrity and confidentiality
Strong analytical and communication skills
Education
LL.B in Law (required)
Experience
5+ years experience (preferably corporate or commercial law in an international company)
Experience with contracts, corporate law, and regulatory compliance
