Key Responsibilities
Assist with hardware and software installation and configuration. Provide first-level IT support to users. Troubleshoot hardware, software, printers, scanners, and other peripherals. Support network cabling and basic connectivity tasks. Assist in hardware and software inventory management. Perform routine maintenance of IT equipment. Support users with day-to-day IT-related issues. Assist in preparing reports and documenting user requirements.
Required Competencies
Good communication skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills. Good command of the English language. Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
