Position 1: Admin Assistant
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in, Sociology, Languages, Public Administration, or related field.
Prefered Skill and Experience
- Minimum 3 years experience in Administration, Reception, Office Management, Customer Service, or a similar role.
- Experience within an FMCG environment will be an added advantage.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Data collection and report preparation.
- Document and records management.
- Meeting and event coordination.

Position 2: Finance Accountant
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or Postgraduate Business Qualification advantageous.
Required Skill and Experience:
- 5 years’ financial accounting and financial management experience in a corporate or FMCG environment.
- Analyze cash flow and financial data to ensure accurate forecasting and liquidity management.
- Maintain accuracy in daily cash management, reconciliations, and treasury transactions.
- Clearly communicate financial information and updates to stakeholders and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks associated with treasury operations, including currency and interest rate fluctuations.
- Ensure adherence to regulations, internal controls, and company policies related to treasury activities.
- CA(SA) or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
- HDip in Taxation will be an added advantage.

Position 2: Team Leader – Fleet
Education
- First Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years relevant experience.
- Experience in vehicle maintenance and fleet operations.
- Experience supervising workshop or maintenance personnel.
- Experience in preventive and predictive maintenance planning and execution.
- Experience in maintenance reporting, cost monitoring, and fleet performance analysis.
