Position 1: Regional Sales Manager
Education:
First Degree in Marketing Management, Management, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of sales experience within FMCG, including 3 years in a management role Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team Experience working cross‑functionally with Logistics, Finance, and Marketing teams Strong customer relationship management, particularly with key accounts
Functional Capabilities:
Sales leadership Coaching and team development Customer engagement and sales execution Third‑party distribution management
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: Associate Legal Counsel
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B)
Experience:
Minimum 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in a multinational or regulated industry
Preferred Skills:
Strong knowledge of Ethiopian commercial law, labor law, and regulatory frameworks Solid understanding of substantive and procedural laws within Ethiopia’s legal system Proven experience in contract drafting, review, and negotiation Litigation management and dispute resolution experience Background in corporate/commercial legal practice Regulatory compliance and legal risk management expertise Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and legal reasoning skills Excellent written and verbal communication for legal documentation and stakeholder engagement Ability to work effectively in complex or regulated business environments
