Christ Mission Church New Job Vacancy Announcement:

Position: Director of Administration and Finance

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree and relevant professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, HR, Procurement, or Risk Management are advantageous.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
  • At least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory position.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting, internal controls, audit follow-up, human resource management, and general administration.
  • Experience working with a church, charity, or nonprofit organization is an advantage.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic leadership and coordinate the Finance, Human Resources, and General Administration departments.
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, internal controls, audit follow-up, and compliance.
  • Lead human resource planning, recruitment, performance management, and staff development.
  • Supervise procurement, asset management, facilities, logistics, and administrative services.
  • Strengthen institutional policies, standard operating procedures, accountability, and risk management.
