- Minimum Relevant Work Experience: 1 year and above
Educational Qualifications & Skill Requirements
- Educational Qualification: Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BSc) or higher from an accredited university or college in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- English Language Proficiency: Must possess excellent oral and written English communication skills to effectively converse and collaborate with Chinese management and foreign expatriate staff.
- Document & Report Preparation: Proven ability to draft professional administrative letters, emails, documentation, and official HR reports fluently in English.
- Computer & System Skills: Strong basic computer skills with demonstrated proficiency in entering data, documents, and records into online management systems and databases.
- Preferred Special Advantage: Previous hands-on work experience in liaison duties with the Ministry of Work and Skills regarding foreign expatriate work permits, labor affairs, and visa documentation will give candidates a strong competitive edge during selection.
