The organization is seeking competent and creative architects to strengthen its Design Department and support major construction projects, including offices, hospitals, and banking facilities.
Position 1: Senior Architect
Number of Vacancies

Job Summary
The Senior Architect is responsible for preparing architectural working drawings, BOQs, and detailed design documents while ensuring compliance with Ethiopian building codes and standards. The role requires strong technical design skills, collaboration with engineers and project managers, and proficiency in advanced architectural software.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare architectural working drawings and detailed design plans. Develop BOQs and construction documentation. Ensure all designs comply with Ethiopian building codes and work standards. Collaborate with engineers and project managers during planning and execution phases. Apply creativity and technical knowledge to design practical and innovative solutions. Produce 2D/3D architectural visualizations using advanced software tools. Participate in client meetings and site visits as required.
Qualification and Experience
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering or related fields. Additional certifications in architectural design software are an added advantage.
Experience:
More than 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design (Senior level). Proven involvement in design projects for offices, hospitals, banks, etc. Strong understanding of Ethiopian architectural standards and construction practices.
Skills Required
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. Strong visualization, drawing, and presentation skills. Good understanding of building codes, materials, and structural principles. Excellent English communication skills. Effective time management and project coordination abilities. Ability to speak Chinese is a plus.
