Job Description
CCECC Ethiopia seeks experienced Pavement & Materials Engineers to join its team. The role involves pavement design, geotechnical investigations, and material assessments for major infrastructure projects.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct pavement and geotechnical investigations, including soil and material testing Prepare design reports, proposals, and technical documentation Perform pavement design and analysis for highways, roads, and infrastructure projects Evaluate material properties and recommend suitable construction materials Supervise construction activities to ensure compliance with standards Analyze field and laboratory test data for performance assessments Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and clients Utilize engineering software for pavement and geotechnical analysis
Qualifications & Skills
MSc/BSc in Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field 5–8 years of relevant experience Hands‑on experience with soil, asphalt, concrete, and aggregate testing Strong knowledge of pavement design methods (ERA, AASHTO, flexible/rigid pavement, single/double bituminous surface treatment) Proficiency in pavement analysis software Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills Ability to prepare and review pavement design, traffic survey, and soil investigation reports Priority given to candidates with airfield pavement design experience
Position 2: Interior Design Visualization Specialist

Independently complete rendering production based on design schemes Ensure accurate representation of modeling, materials, and lighting Perform post‑processing and retouching of renderings Collaborate with design teams to prepare visual materials for tenders and client presentations
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Environmental Design, Architecture, or related field 3–5 years of experience in visualization and rendering Proficiency in 3D Max, Revit, V‑Ray/Corona, Photoshop ; skilled in SketchUp and CAD Ability to read CAD construction drawings Strong aesthetic sense, communication, and collaboration skills Willingness to work overtime during project cycles
