Position: Scholarship & Communications Coordinator
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and execution of communications strategies for CBM’s Inclusive Health Initiative (IHI) . Produce communications outputs including case studies, social media content, website updates, and publications. Support internal teams with thought leadership and external publications. Coordinate the full scholarship cycle: applications, selection, onboarding, documentation, and communication with trainees and institutions. Serve as the central link between CBM teams, universities, partners, and government stakeholders. Maintain accurate records including scholarship databases, contracts, academic progress, and financial documentation.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, International Development, or related field. Minimum 7 years of experience in communications, preferably in international development, health, or innovation. Strong editorial and writing skills with proven experience producing high‑quality publications. Experience managing communications for multi‑stakeholder partnerships; scholarship programme experience is an advantage. Proficiency in digital communications platforms, social media, and content production tools. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural environments. Excellent written and spoken English. Commitment to disability inclusion and safeguarding principles. Identification with CBM’s Christian values and mission.
