Position: Cashier & Front Desk Receptionist

Qualifications and Experience

Educational Requirements
Applicants must hold a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Secretarial Science, Office Management, or a related discipline.

Work Experience
A minimum of 2–3 years of relevant experience as a cashier and/or front desk receptionist is required. Previous employment in a hospital, clinic, diagnostic center, or other healthcare setting will be considered an advantage.

Required Competencies

• Strong numerical aptitude and cash-handling skills with a high level of accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Amharic and English. Knowledge of additional local or foreign languages is desirable.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and clinic billing or point-of-sale systems.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact compassionately with mothers, children, and families.
• Demonstrated integrity, reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.

Preferred Skills

• Financial documentation and record-keeping.
• Financial reporting and analytical skills.
• Operation of cash register systems.
• Strong customer communication and relationship management abilities.
• Service-oriented attitude with a commitment to client satisfaction.
