Cargo and Fuel Truck Driver Duty Station: Bishoftu Project Site, Ethiopia Number Required: As Required BMK Geoinformatics Engineering PLC invites qualified and competent applicants to apply for the position of Cargo and Fuel Truck Driver for its ongoing projects in Bishoftu and other project locations as required. Job Responsibilities Operate cargo trucks and fuel tanker trucks safely and efficiently. Transport project personnel, equipment, materials, and fuel to designated locations. Ensure vehicles are properly maintained and kept in good working condition. Conduct daily vehicle inspections and report any mechanical issues. Maintain vehicle logbooks, fuel records, and related documentation. Comply with company policies, traffic regulations, and safety requirements. Support project logistics and transportation activities as assigned. Terms of Employment Employment Type: Contract Salary: Negotiable Duty Station: Bishoftu Project Site About You Qualification Requirements Minimum of Grade 10 completion. Must possess a valid Dry-2 and Liquid-1 Driving License or an old Category 4 Driving License issued under the previous licensing system. Valid driving authorization for operating cargo trucks and fuel tanker trucks. Minimum of 7 years of proven experience driving heavy vehicles, cargo trucks, or fuel tanker trucks. Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and road safety regulations. Ability to work in remote project locations and under challenging field conditions. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to safety.
