Job Position 1 – Administrative Assistant
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Science, or related fields.
Minimum 2-5 years of administrative experience, including 2 years in an INGO.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
Strong typing, communication, and organizational skills in Amharic and English.

Role Purpose
The Administrative Assistant will provide office, administrative, and HR support to ensure smooth delivery of CPAR-Ethiopia’s projects and programs.
Key Duties
Manage reception, calls, emails, and office correspondence.
Organize meetings, events, and staff travel logistics.
Support procurement processes and manage office supplies.
Oversee office equipment and petty cash handling.
Maintain HR filing systems, timesheets, and leave records.
Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes.
Ensure timely payment of monthly bills and support general administration.
Job Position 2 – Mechanic-Driver/Purchaser
Required Qualification and Experience
Education:Knowledge of vehicle operation and basic mechanics.
Familiarity with INGO procurement procedures.
Strong record-keeping and compliance skills.

Role Purpose
The Mechanic-Driver/Purchaser will ensure safe operation and maintenance of project vehicles and support procurement functions. This dual role is vital for safeguarding assets, facilitating staff mobility, and ensuring transparent, timely, and compliant purchasing aligned with donor and organizational standards.
Key Duties
Operate and maintain project vehicles safely and efficiently.
Conduct routine inspections, log mileage/fuel, and perform minor repairs.
Process purchase requests, collect quotations, and ensure fair vendor selection.
Verify goods/services against specifications and maintain procurement records.
Facilitate staff travel arrangements and support logistics/administration.
