Job Summary
The Finance & HR Officer will manage both financial and human resource functions to support efficient business operations. The successful candidate will contribute to budgeting, payroll administration, recruitment , employee records, and other administrative activities while ensuring compliance with organizational procedures.
Key Responsibilities
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Manage payroll administration and maintain financial records. Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Maintain accurate employee data and HR documentation. Support finance and human resource reporting requirements. Contribute to effective people management and administrative processes. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operational delivery.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should have:
A university degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Human Resource Management, Business Management, or a related field. A minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience in finance, human resources, or business administration within an international organization, embassy, or the private sector. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Strong leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Good knowledge of finance or human resource management practices. Candidates specializing in either Finance or Human Resources should demonstrate the ability and willingness to quickly develop competence in the other discipline.
Knowledge of Sudan's finance and human resource environment is considered an advantage.
Salary
USD 1,504.61 per month
The base salary is subject to applicable taxes and statutory deductions.
