The company invites qualified and motivated applicants to join its team as a Sales & Marketing Representative.

Position: Sales & Marketing Representative

Educational Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.

Work Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in logistics, freight forwarding, or shipping.

Required Skills

  • Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Good problem-solving and customer relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • Excellent command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Knowledge of freight services and import/export procedures is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients, including importers, exporters, manufacturers, and traders.
  • Promote freight and logistics services and prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships and negotiate contracts.
  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Implement marketing activities through social media, email outreach, and networking events.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
