Position 1: Junior Operator
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Manufacturing Technology, Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Electricity, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
Work Experience
- 0–2 years of experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
- Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of manufacturing machinery and production processes.
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), workplace safety, and hygiene standards.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to multitask and follow supervisors’ instructions.

- Ability to load, unload, move, and stack materials safely.
- Understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in handling materials.
- Basic forklift inspection and maintenance skills.
- Physical strength and stamina for warehouse operations.

Work Experience

Required Skills
- Strong refrigerator and dispensing equipment maintenance skills.
