We have introduced into the market a new brand for our country, the unique and world-renowned Doppel Beer. We have also introduced our first-ever Non-Alcoholic Beverage – SEN’Q into the malt drink market.
Position 1: Supplier Due Diligence Officer
Qualifications:
- The position requires a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Law, Risk Management, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Procurement, Compliance, Audit, Internal Control, Vendor Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to review large volumes of documentation accurately.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Good analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and electronic workflow systems.
- Ability to follow structured procedures and compliance requirements.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage significant workloads while meeting deadlines.
Location: Addis Ababa
Position 2: CMMS Database Officer
Qualifications:
- The position requires relevant professional knowledge obtained bachelor’s degree in electrical/ mechanical/ computer engineering.
- 2 years’ experience for BSC
- Basic Troubleshooting, problem solving and diagnostics competency
- Basic knowledge of computerized database management system
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in computer and technology usage
- Advanced English writing/reading/listening/speaking
Position 3: Packaging Manager
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degrees in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or a related field.
- The technical or function-specific work experience beyond the formal qualification necessary for the position
- Basic knowledge of ESIA processes, ESMP development, and compliance monitoring.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Ethiopian environmental laws and regulations
- Familiarity with ISO 14001 and environmental auditing
- Training provision
