Position 1: Operator (Production)

Qualifications:

• The position requires a minimum of TVET Level ¾ or Diploma and CoC certification in Manufacturing Technology or Industrial Mechanics or Industrial Electricity or Electrical Engineering/Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Electricity or Electronic Engineering/Chemistry/chemical engineering/Food science
• 2-4 years’ experience in an FMCG manufacturing shop floor setting
• Ability to manage well under pressure while staying true to the company values.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to take on any task.
• Demonstrated team player.
• Reliable and punctual – must adhere to attendance and absenteeism policy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to receive regular feedback and act upon it accordingly.
• Demonstrated drive for learning and teaching/sharing best practices with others
• Basic use of PC skills such as MS office, excel, word, and email

Location: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Operator (Utility)

Qualifications:
