Position 1: Risk Management Officer I
Education: Diploma/BA/BSc in Materials Management, Procurement & Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Economics, Finance, or related fields
Experience: 2+ years for BA/BSc holders or 5+ years for Diploma holders
Duty Station: Head Office
Position 2: Junior Underwriting Officer
Education: BA/BSc in Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering
Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience, including teaching experience
Duty Station: Adama Branch
Position 3: Content & Graphics Officer II
Education: BA/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields
Experience: 3+ years for degree holders or 5+ years for Diploma holders
Duty Station: Head Office
Required Skills:
- Adobe Photoshop and related software
- Digital, social media, and print content creation
- Familiarity with UI/UX
- Generative AI tools
- Video editing
Position 4: Branch Manager I
Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience: 6+ years in insurance operations, including 3+ years in senior positions
Duty Station: Bahir Dar Branch
Position 5: Underwriting Supervisor (Life Insurance)
Education: BA/BSc/MA/MSc/MBA in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related fields
Experience: 7+ years of experience as an underwriter
Duty Station: Head Office
