We are seeking reliable individuals to assist in collecting performa invoices (quotations) from various vendors. This is a short-term, task-based project, perfect for students looking to earn extra income and gain practical experience.

Position 1: Junior Liaison Officer

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, Law, or related field.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Position 2: HR Assistant (Law Graduate)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB).
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (Fresh graduates may apply).
• Good understanding of Ethiopian Labour Law.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Computer proficiency (MS Office).

Position 3: Call for Consultant – Organizational Structure Review

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• At least 7 years of experience in organizational development, organizational design, or HR consulting.
• Proven experience conducting organizational restructuring assignments.
• Strong understanding of Ethiopian labour regulations and corporate governance.
• Excellent analytical, facilitation, and report-writing skills.

Position 4: Senior Marketer

Qualifications:

• Experience:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of progressive experience in marketing
• Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field from a recognized / reputable university

Position 5: Human Resource & Administration Manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–10 years of HR and Administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Ethiopian Labour Law.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
