Office Secretary Junior Commodity Inspector
Both fresh graduates and experienced candidates are considered for the positions where stated in the vacancy announcement.
1. Office Secretary
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Secretarial Science or a related field. BA degree in Accounting, Marketing , or a related field. Fresh graduates are accepted.
Key Responsibilities
Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries by telephone or email. Set up conference calls and take messages and meeting minutes. Perform administrative tasks, including filing and photocopying. Prepare emails, memos, and letters. Implement and/or develop office procedures and record-keeping systems. Manage database entries and client files. Document financial transactions. Organize and distribute messages. Make and confirm travel arrangements, including travel payments. Prepare and send outgoing correspondence. Maintain confidential files and records. Perform routine bookkeeping tasks. Handle monthly tax declarations, including VAT, to the Revenue Bureau. Occasionally travel off-site to deliver reports and payment requests to clients' offices. Report directly to the General Manager .

2. Junior Commodity Inspector
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum Diploma in Agriculture or relevant experience. BSc in Agriculture with practical skills. Fresh graduates are accepted.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and establish warehouse and field procedures for the receipt and dispatch of commodities in compliance with AY Noble inspection standards. Ensure that fumigation operations are properly conducted by private fumigation firms. Provide professional advice to technicians during fumigation operations. Ensure that commodities stored under suppliers' custody meet scientific storage principles. Organize on-the-job training for warehouse and field teams, particularly on quality-related activities such as sampling, grading, and weighing. Develop quality assurance systems at each site and regularly evaluate their effectiveness. Frequently visit warehouse and field locations to assess and report on the quality status of grains. Provide recommendations for improving warehouse management systems in consultation with the Operations Manager. Ensure physical laboratory equipment is functional. Follow up on the regular calibration of equipment with QSAE. Ensure that retained samples are properly kept under the custody of the company. Report directly to the Operations Manager .
